In this week's episode, we really go inside the intercom as we share some highlights from an event we hosted for staff. Last week Intercom CEO Karen Peacock and newly appointed CRO Leandra Fishman spoke at an internal staff event and we wanted to Latest Mailing Database share some of the highlights with you. As colleagues, managers and leaders, we cannot remain passive spectators. But how can we use our position to empower our colleagues and create a more inclusive, diverse and engaging experience for everyone? If you're short on time, here are some quick tips: Leadership isn't just about having a clear vision for the team – it's also about serving others. Ask yourself: What can you do to help? Having a diverse team isn't just better because all of the different thoughts, viewpoints, and experiences make it more profitable in the long run. Diversity makes sense because it's just the right thing to do. When it comes to being a good ally in the workplace, don't wait for people to tell you about their problems – learn about your privileges and find ways to support them. Sometimes it can be something as small as giving overtures in meetings to people who may not get the same amount of airtime as others.
